 Fire

Spark and flame ignite

Spontaneity, Passion and Beliefs

Tending the fire represents

Life as Sacred, and Spiritually

Devine inspired

Devine in control

All is well

As the embers burn deep

In my soul

Religion and Spirituality are not interchangeable.  I see Religion as man made, and I see Spirituality as God made.  I often use different words for God.  I acknowledge that Jesus is the Son of God.  I often will use Great Mystery as another word for God.  Great Mystery to me is not masculine or feminine.  Great Mystery encompasses both, and more.  Sometimes I even use the word Goddess for the Devine.  God is….All

I am a seeker.  I seek Truth, I seek the Devine, I seek Wisdom, I seek Spirituality, and I seek Love.  I am a Fire Keeper.  Fire in life is important to my well-being, and I tend to this fire with Reverence.   The spark and flame will spread and Truth will be made known to all who Seek.

Spiritual fire is the way my soul ignites.  I am a fire keeper, I understand that the right spark can take new meaning and new beginnings through a deeper sense of self.  Welcome to the area that sparks my spiritual life.

Along with being a fire keeper, I believe in prayer.  The prayer pipe was given to the Native Americans by White Buffalo Calf Woman.  This prayer pipe is a tool for communicating with Great Mystery.  I use this tool wisely.  I use this tool in reverence for all.  Seek you shall find, Ask and it will be given, Pray and your prayers will be answered.  Prayer and meditation are very important aspects to our spiritual lives.
